Location
Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz is located on the Europa platz, which is only a few minutes from the old town and is directly connected with the motorway Graz-west. The hotel is also placed close to the pedestrian passage leading to the air-terminal and shopping centre and is just a few minutes walk from the tram station.

I was delighted with all aspects of the Europa Hotel Graz. Although situated beside a very busy road I could not hear any traffic noise in the room. Across the road was the railway station which provided a quick link to the airport. There were also numerous tram and bus stops in front of the station making it very easy to get around the city. The city centre was in fact only 15-20 minute walk away. There are many shops around the hotel adding to it's perfect location. The staff were extremely friendly including reception, cleaners and breakfast room. There was a very wide selection of food on offer at breakfast. This is certainly a hotel I would recommend and return to.

While in Graz I lost a credit card. A young trainee receptionist was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that I was able to contact the issuing company in Britain to report the loss.

Good quality comfortable hotel located in central Graz across the road from railway station. Good buffet breakfast. Clean and straightforward comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Would stay there again. Somewhat lacking in the charm department
