outstanding location, next to the Pilgramgasse metro station, and staff. stayed in business class, which proved to be more value for the money. breakfast period is long (4 hrs), staff/concierge helped with daily activities, and discounts abound just by staying there. Around the corner were discount shops for amenities, bakeries, cafes, laundry area...you name it! you could get all this at higher priced 5-star hotels, but why pay more? stay here, enjoy Vienna, and get your money's worth.

This is is very big and very well organized hotel! The receptionists were very polite and friendly. I hope I'll return to this hotel!

Service was extremely slow despite plenty of staff around. The breakfast choice was great.

A perfect hotel to stay in location wise for museums and opera at a reasonable price. Cocktails very good Breakfast excellent.
