Location

The hotel is a bit out of the centre of Surfers Paradise and despite requesting a Queen bed at the time of booking, and also via phone and email and being assured we would have one; we found that the allocated room had two single beds. The staff changed our room only to give us two single beds again. When questioned about it we were told that that was the room, take it or leave it. Do not think I would stay there again or recommend to anyone. The breakfast is plentiful but the same every day.

Great location, excellent breakfast, a really lovely intimate restaurant for a nice meal with your partner/friends. The waiting staff were so friendly and so helpfull. The pool and small beach was a lovely addition to the total package for those with children.

Mildew in the shower, the vanity basin swollen from water damage. carper disgusting. Need a revamp badly. My only interaction with staff apart from Check in staff (who were very pleasant) was with the chef at breakfast. He was very rude when I asked him to cook me two hard eggs. They came out runny anyhow. We have stayed at this Hotel previously but never again. On a positive note the secure parking was great

Close to racetrack. Buffet breakfast included in great rate. Has a bar. Has carparking. Walk to restaurants. Staff very friendly. What else could you want?

our suite was really roomy and comfortable in every respect but two. The TV remote was almost impossible to use and the lounge was rather uncomfortable. on the positive side, all facilities were great and not only was the restaurant affordable, room service was too.
