Vitals and Tips
Sydney Fish Market is open every day of the year except December 25. Behind the scenes tours of the facility are held every Monday and Thursday, with the exception of public holidays. The weekday fish auction takes place between 5h30 and 7h30.
The Sydney Fish Market held the inaugural For the Love of Seafood Festival on October 31, 2009. The best way to reach the market is via MetroLight Rail.
