Grafton Climate

Located on the eastern coast of New South Wales, Grafton experiences a humid subtropical climate that presents hot summers and mild winters. The average annual temperature is around 26°C, with little fluctuation between the seasons. Rainfall for the year is about 1,075 mm, and from the months of February through April the region experiences a mild monsoon season that drops 104-145 mm of rain a month.

Flights will come into the Clarence Valley Regional Airport, also known as Grafton Airport. Accommodations can easily be reached by hired cars or taxis. Visitors can also fly into the Brisbane or Sydney airports and drive into the city.
