Clare Valley Climate
Although a wine region, Clare Valley climate is not similar to other regions that produce wine. Rainfall for the area occurs during winter and spring (June to September) with an annual amount of about 630 mm. Summers are generally dry and temperatures range around 22ºC, and winters are cool and damp with temperatures around 10ºC.
Getting There & Around
In less than two hours, visitors can reach their accommodations from Adelaide Airport via rental car. There is also a coach service that runs daily in the afternoon from Adelaide to Clare Valley.
Getting about can be done with a bicycle, rental car, 4WD or custom tour of the region. No matter how a visitor chooses to see the region, they will be pleased with the natural beauty and scenery of the area.
