Cape Tribulation Climate
Defined by wet and dry seasons, Cape Tribulation is best visited during the drier months of July and August or October and November so travellers can experience all the exceptional outdoor activities. The wet season generally arrives in the month of February and continues onward into April with heavy rains and flooding being prevalent.
Getting There & Around
By air, the Cairns Airport will help visitors reach Cape Tribulation. The Sun Palm Transport offers bus services daily from the airport to Daintree.
Getting around the area is best done by a hired car or travelling with a tour when taking in areas that are secluded. A number of places also have bicycles for rent. As a great convenience, everything is within walking distance in the centre of town, but a car will be needed for other outlaying areas.
