Getting There

The Portside Wharf is situated near the central business district of Brisbane, so it is not hard to reach using public transport. Most tourists in Portside Wharf arrive by some type of cruise ship, and there is a constant flow of these large ocean liners coming into Brisbane. Locals tend to use the CityCat, small catamarans that go from the Brisbane city centre to the Portside Wharf, or the City Ferry that leaves less frequently. The Gateway Bridge connects Portside Wharf with the rest of Brisbane, so it can be reached easily by private car.
