very central, good value ,clean pleasant room that was surprisingly quiet considering where it is. Most of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

hotel trés bien situé , proche du port du marché aux poissons , du yacht club, des ferrys. egalement proche du centre queen street et son shopping , proche des cunéma x, de l'Imax proche des restaurants A deux pas du sky city d'où partent les bus . Autours de l'hotel , on peut trouver de nombreux petits magasins d' alimentation. Côté hotel: studio pratique et bien équipé. Seul reproche , les casseroles en téflon étaient rayées. Personnel trés agréable et trés coopérant.

Very friendly,helpful & efficient staff. This hotel is very centrally located. Only 5 to 10 minutes across the Harbour Bridge to the North Shore. Walking distance to many city sites including just a few minutes walk to the Sky City Casino. Despite being so central I didn't find the room noisy at all. Parking may be a problem though I'm not sure. I would certainly recommend the hotel and will stay again next time I'm in Auckland.

hotel fine but dissapointed with cleaning . For a four star need to train their staff better just wiped toilet with hand towel left clean towels that was bathroom cleaned .Few dishes in sink run under hot water put to drain on facecloth still lipstick on class.Passage floors were very dirty needed a vacuam

The Studio serviced apartment was all that you need when visiting Auckland and wanting a good location that is not too expensive. Access to shopping, transport, and eating places was good, and there were places to shop for your own food. The Malaysian restaurant (Mustard Seed) served good quality food at reasonable prices. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and accomodation comfortable.
