Reception staff was very unfriendly. Toilet was close to blocking. Stains on the sheets. All in all not a hotel to recommend.

staff were helpful and freindly, hotel may have been modern thirty years ago but is very out of date and is in need of a complete facelift, tariff is way over the top for standard of accomadation.

We had an enjoyable stay. I was impressed with the staff. Everyone was cheerful and only too delighted to assist in any way they could. It was very nice to see so many happy faces, because believe me when I say that is not always the case in some hotels. Not charging to park the car was a bonus, as we have been charged as much as $25.00 per night at some hotels which makes a conciderable differance to the final account. Ten out ten for the Atrium.
