"Everything about this hotel was good: room, facilities, location etc save for the service of the reception staff. They were unhelpful, abrupt and impatient. One of them even accused me of miscontruing what his colleague said. In all my hotel stays around the globe, this is the first time that i had experienced poor service from any reception staff. They really have a lot to learn from even fewer star hotels in this respect. "

"If the front desk staff were more like the Mantra on the Park, this hotel would be a great hotel. Their snooty attitude does this hotel no justice. "

"Good clean hotel in excellent location for persons using the city. Needs to provide 24 hour food service and in house restaurant facility. An up grade of the quality of the continental breakfast would be welcome."
