It was very nice hotel and staff was vey friendly. It was convenient to the show at AmericasMart, nice restaurants and stores in walking distance.

I loved all there was to love! The Spa service was AMAZING!! The location was perfect!! Smack in the middle of it all.. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent also.. You really have no need to leave the hotel.. Everything you'll want or need is already there. Including the indoor/outdoor pool.. Which is heated out doors!!!

We were in town for the AMCP convention that was held in the lobby of the hotel--very convenient. We arrived just after midnight due to a flight delay, but you wouldn't have any inkling from the staff hospitality that it was so late. They were kind and didn't seem like 2nd-string employees at all. They asked if we preferred to be higher or level in the hotel, and were able to accommodate our choice. The few (and definitely tolerable) surprises: (1) We arrived to find our room disability-equipped. It is understandable that normal rooms may have been limited at the time of our arrival, but advance notice would have been nice. (2) The hairdryer did not work, but the cleaning staff was happy to provide a prompt replacement when we mentioned it to them. (3) For some reason the drop ceiling tile in the closet was not seated properly, like someone had hidden something in there and removed it in a hurry. In our free time, for dinner we wandered around to Sweet Georgia's Juke Joint, and, at the suggestion of the concierge, Ray's In The City the next day for lunch. We were quite pleased with the food in close proximity to the hotel-- 2 for 2. Not bad. This was the first time I stayed in a Marriot and I can't complain too much.

THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AS WE WERE FIRST TIME TRAVELERS THE HOTEL IS CENTRALLY LOCATED IN TOWN MY SON AND I DID THE AQUARIUM, THE ZOO, COKE TOUR, HARD ROCK CAFE AND CYCLORAMA. THE INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL WAS AWESOME AND SUPERB DINING AND ROOM SERVICE. MY SON SAID THE BEDS WERE MADE IN HEAVEN
