The At Waters Edge Resort is quietly nestled in the hillside amongst lush tropical gardens. You are within walking distance to the cosmopolitan village of Airlie Beach and all that it has to offer as well as being on the door step of the Whitsunday Islands and the pristine waters of the Great Barrier Reef.

We only stayed at Waters Edge for one night following a sailing trip around the Whitsundays but it was lovely. Great views across the water from the large balconies and the pool was great.

Location fantastic, front desk people unfriendly and quite rude. Can not get a meal or any sought of drink on a Monday or Tuesday. The rooms were clean and well kept. Pricing was pretty good through [website].

Beautiful location however a bit disappointing that the pool restaurant/bar was not open 7 days but still displayed signage advertising one free cocktail during cocktail hour for guests. Facilities were fantastic and pool simply beautiful.
