This was a fabulous find for our stay in busy Rome. Walking distance to main station and a real haven to come home to. The ground floor central garden area ideal for a cool drink after a days sightseeing. Staff couldn't be more helpful with directions, ideas, resturant tips etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room a little on the small side but we only used it for sleeping!

very close to termini train station. (central station) connects you to anywhere in ROME (buses and trains) . Great if you need to get an early train or bus to the airport Rooms nice and clean. Tiny though, very small (even Hong Kong rooms was bigger). Great bed and very nice bathroom and showers. Perfect for a good nice sleep after a long day traveling. breakfast was ok nice and simple. i can't believe they don't have toast WTF!!!!!!!! coffee was pretty good though better then all the other 12 or so hotels i have stayed in Europe! Ugly looking neighborhood but felt really safe. Even walking home at 3am in the morning with my wife we felt safe. Not much to do or eat near the hotel but 5 minutes to termini and from termini you can get anywhere. Service at the hotel was very good considering its only a 3 star hotel!

We stayed at the hotel for four days in May and we cannot pick fault, we read all the other reviews and the ones that where critical must have stayed somewhere else. We had a garden room and while not large was more than adequate as we only sleep and wash in there. The garden is magnificent and the perfect place to sit in the evening with a bottle of wine.
