Aston Waikiki Circle Hotel
4 out of 5

The hotel is located is the perfect location. Directly opposite the beach and close to all shops and restaurants. Only downside was the rooms and bathrooms are very small however we were able to fit 4 adults to a room. If your not going to spend much time in the room then this hotel is perfect for price and location. Staff very friendly and Egg and things out the front of the hotel is great for breakfast.

Naomi, John and Guy on front desk... friendly, warm and made my stay at the Circle personal. The location is fantastic and beach, trolleys and ABC store literally on your doorstep. Rooms are smallish... i was never there but to sleep, shower and drop off shopping bags!!! Room cleaning was efficient and i felt safe staying there. I had partial ocean views and stayed on the 13 th floor.... to die for. Go and stay there and have a ball... i did and Mahalo!!!!!!

My friend and I just got home to Sydney from a week in Waikiki. We were very impressed with the location of this hotel...it is right across the road from the gorgeous Waikiki Beach. Our room had amazing views of the beach and we were also the first people to use the wireless Internet which had just been set up. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

I would recommend this hotel if staying at Waikiki. It's a good price, it's literally on the beach and it's rooms are a good size. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help. Only problems we found were that the air conditioners are a bit old, so they can be very noisy. If you open the windows, you can hear the street traffic too. Free internet is provided (but you need an ethernet connection). Wireless can be found at the nearby McDonalds though.

I stayed at the Aston Circle for 7 nights in May in a double room with a friend. It was on the small side and it is a weird shape but that's because the building is literally a cylindrical shape! I'm only 5"3' so it didn't bother me but I can imagine that the shower would be tiny for many others. I wonder how tall or broader people would go... I upgraded to a partial seaview on the 4th floor for $10 extra a night and it wasn't anything special but atleast I wasn't facing a car park! I would definitely recommend seaview! Another thing which happens everywhere else is, when other patrons are leaving at wee hours of the morning, you can hear that. It's just a hotel attribute not to have insulation and bad acoustics! It happened once but I fell back asleep. Now for the list of positives: -Location, location, location! -Everyone local knows where the Aston Circle is so u don't have to explain its whereabouts -It's so funny that it's a circle! -Location, location, location! (in the middle of main strip) -Popular restaurant Eggs n Things is at the foyer so u can duck in before the queue starts -Strong air conditioning! -The rooms may be on the small side but you'd be an idiot to spend time inside other than to sleep/shower for it to bother you. -There's no wifi and Internet is not free but there are 2x PC's in the foyer (not apart of the hotel) -There's a travel agent at the foyer too - although plenty of others on the strip too -Did I mention the great location? I later stayed at a 5 star at the top end of Kalakaua which ofcourse was amazing but I still speak of Aston Circle very highly because of the value for money. There are no bellhops or fancy trimmings here but the location was unbeatable. There was also a novelty factor staying at a circle shaped hotel! I am going back next yr for sure!

Had a 5 night stay at the circle. Have previously stayed here years ago so was not expecting newly renovated rooms. Finally big showers and big screen TV. Only let down was the air conditioning system which is unbelievably loud especially in the quiet of the night. Some unhelpful staff ruined the experience. Overall I didn't mind for the price I payed to have stayed their with the new upgrades but will probably try some where else. Bring ear plugs is really highly suggested if your a light sleeper

Loved this hotel! The location was perfect and the room was spotless. I have traveled all over the world, and for the money, this hotel was great! The staff was very efficient ,and we had a great view of Waikiki Beach. Very quiet hotel--never heard other guests. The rooms are small, so be aware of that, but the beds are comforable. If you are looking for a good deal with a clean room and great location, this hotel is a great choice.

room was clean and not huge - but an okay size -worked okay for us - but the location is right on Waikiki Beach (across the street is the beach) and we had a fantastic view! Parking filled up at the hotel but we found street parking a few blocks away.

We stayed there for about 5 nights. The front desk staff was great and friendly. They were helpful with any problems we came across! We were also upgraded to an ocean front view the night we checked in. It was one of the most amazing views to wake up to every morning! Stores & restaurants were nearby which was perfect. Overall, great stay & a positive environment.

We stayed at the aston circle hotel for 5 nights. The beach is stunning. make sure you get a room above the 6th floor with an ocean view, you wont be dissappointed. at 6 am you will see surfers and swimmers heading to the beautiful blue waters. everything you need is within walking distance and they serve the best kona coffee. The staff is so friendly. Dont forget to hike diamondhead which is just minutes away. The rooms are a little on the small side, but very clean and updated. Best view on the beach for the value. A plus for aston waikiki.

Our stay at the Aston Waikiki Circle Hotel was fabulous. It was great to literally only have to walk across the street, and we were at the beach! Also it was very close to alot of places to eat. Many of the tours and shuttles picked us up right outside the hotel. The activities desk in the front lobby was very helpful in booking last minute trips, and very friendly! Our flight home wasn't until 10:30pm, and the hotel had a room they locked to keep our bags until we went to the airport.Great not to have to worry about hauling around luggage after we checked out of our room! We will definitely stay here again!

Walk across the road to beach. McDonalds next door. In the heart of Waikiki. Not as elaborate as other hotels, but clean, small, comfortable and excellent location. Would stay here again for sure.
