We stayed here on our honeymoon & were very disappointed. There is no counter space, no microwave, no free breakfast. Our tv broke our 1st night. Rooms are tiny. The only good thing is location and the view.

Its an older hotel that really needs updating. Rooms are so tiny!! Nice balcony tho if your beachside. No breakfast or microwave. No counter space in the bathroom. The beds kind of suck too.

Staff and Room Comfort - very excellent. Quiet small hotel with very comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms equipped w/ everything, except wifi and coffee maker. Hotel a little hard to find. Valet parking nearby very amiable. No Pool. Rooms need a bit of updating on paint and in tiny elevator.

the staff was great, view wasn't there, but we knew that before we got there. Only complaint, boken a queen bed, got two singles pushed together with no discount on the room.

I think it was kind of shady that when we checked in at 3, the guy at the desk told us that our room was not ready. He offered another room with twin beds that they would put together, but it would cost an extra 50 bucks. We had just had a long flight, so we just wanted to put our stuff down and get on the beach. When we got to the new room, the beds weren't put together yet, the room was extremely small and smelled old (like mildew). We were so disappointed with the hotel that we seriously considered going to another one, even though we had paid upfront for 4 nights. The tv was old and their cable sucks. We spent most of our trip away from Waikiki and away from the hotel. Also, it seemes as though anyone could go into the hotel, and just get in an elevator and get to any floor. Not really safe. Parking was 22 bucks a night. This was my first time in Hawaii. I had an amazing time, but I'd never EVER go back to this hotel.
