This hotel was a good choice for me. Everything was just like any other hotel of that calibre, but the people there, the bellboys, the reception staff, the chef and dining staff were extremely warm and family-like, and could not do enough to help me. I would choose this hotel again because of that.

If you are looking to spend time for recreation and/or shopping, then This is the right place, as it is located next to Ancol dreamland and amusement park (Famtasy World). iI It is also very near the Mangga dua shopping mall. If you fancy taking a stroll and visiting museum around the old Batavia (old Jakarta), this is also a good place. The facilities in this hotel is good (swimming pool and small gym), but the food is so so. The rooms are spacious (apartment style) with kitchen where you can cook your own food.

The staffs are all very friendly & helpful. My son fell ill & they even called a doctor to our room to check on my boy. The location is quite near to mangga dua. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers...

Noisy, due to no double glass on windows and too thin wall as well. Room space is quite good, despite a lack of door beetween room and kitchen. Bathroom has a good modern shower.
