love the room hotel...especially the bed!

Good hotel at Denpasar, a little far from all good things for tourists but with free upgrade to suite I was happy to stay here. No mad traffic and nose to worry about. Badly stained carpets and no wifi in rooms was the only down side. Food at cafe/resto was average and a little pricy but was ok. Much of the menu was unavailable. Pool areas (x2) was good with much room to walk around and soak up the sun. Good shopping malls for clothing and furniture etc were not far away. Staff and security are friendly but english was not very good. I will stay again.

I have stayed here before and this will be a second review. I liked this hotel and as it gave me a free upgrade to a suite I was happy to stay a second time. Stained floors and no internet access from rooms is only bad point. Staff speak good japanese and indo but lack good english skills. Security was good, food was good but nothing special. Pool area was good with much area to walk around and soak up the sun. Location is away from all tourist areas but good shopping malls for good bargins on clothing etc. Will stay again.

Clean and new facilities, but some facilities were not available, like moneychanging, sundry shop, tour agents n shuttle service, probably due to the fact that its a very new hotel. Lobby n restaurant were very humid as the air-con was down throughout our stay, n also due to that there were alot of mosquitoes. The two-bedroom suite was abit crampy especialy the bedrooms n there were no dressing table n drawers in the bedroom.
