Hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful and give genuine information. Walking distance has a Carrefour Mall. Safe to walk around near hotel. Silver bird taxi always there when we want to go out.

Excellent airport hotel.15-20 minute drive. Good breakfast free shuttle. Some shops nearby.

It would be better if the hotel can provide us with swimming pool, sauna and etc. I had been informed by the staff that The Delta 's facilities, (to be exact the swimming pool) is only available for men only. I hope the hotel can do something about it. And the morning breakfast quality can be improved. However, everything is satisfactory. Keep up the good work.

in general, the whole hotel is very good, i loved my stay there and i really appreciate their effort to talk to me even if they are not good in english (actually, it is a big challenge to find someone who can communicate in english in jakarta). i would like to thank the hotel for making me feel at home. will definitely suggest it to friends planning to go to jakarta :) -ma darlene joyce loquias philippines fashion events organizer
