Assured Waterside Apartments Perth Guest Reviews
Located in South Perth, less than a 10 min walk to the ferry to the city (5 mins trip and a great way to start your day), these apartments are perfectly situated for working in Perth CBD without staying in the city centre. Apartment was spacious, room clean with all the things you may or may not need like washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and microwave. The Balcony is spacious and has plenty of room for more than 2 people. Reception staff were friendly and more than helpful. The only problem I had while staying here was that there was no shampoo in the bathroom for the one night I stayed but otherwise, all was good. I would definately reccommend Assured Waters for Business or Leisure.

Handy location for South Perth. Can walk to the ferry and easy access to everything. Car parking on site for free also a bonus! Rooms were clean and light but the bed could do with replacing. A pool would be nice too. Other than that .. excellent value.

This one bedroom apartment was very suitable for our needs. Everything required for self-catering was available and the apartment was roomy and comfortable. The Queen bed was very comfortable which I think is very important! A big plus for us was that a portacot was provided free of charge as we are travelling with a 9 month old and was even made up ready for use. The apartments are located very close to the freeway which is very convenient but there is a bit of traffic noise. Personally I didn't find it very annoying as it is more like a low hum that sounds a little like the ocean. Windows that open to let in the fresh air is a big plus as well as the balcony. Check-in and out was efficient and pleasant and I quite liked the secure parking. In general, we were very comfortable and highly satisfied with this apartment and will definitely stay there again.

I asked for a different apartment to the one I was allocated after finding it was not up to the standard I was expecting after reading the reviews on RTG. However, the receptionist was genuinely concerned and gave me another apartment, which I could not fault.

Traffic noise was noticable but not bad enough to keep us awake. Location in South Perth is lovely - walking distance to cafes, the river and ferry to Perth, bike paths and a small supermarket. Free undercover parking is a bonus given that most hotels in Perth CBD charged for parking or had none available.
