Friendly staffs from Doorman to Receptionist to Restaurant Manager to Waiters and Waitresses. Good Attitude.. Keep it up.. The only sad is if want to look around for stuffs.. have to go a few streets away.. Room was good to put up except if you are looking for Windows then that is a challenge but for me its fine.. WIFI is good and stable even up to the restaurant.

We were a small volunteer charity group enroute to Hoi An and stopped at this hotel for one night. The friendly and efficient check in process was welcome after a lengthy flight. We were given upgraded rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

The room was fine and nicely laid out. However, the duvet cover was not clean, and neither were the decorative pillows on the bed. The noise from the street was insane (howling karaoke till midnight) and the breakfast was awful. All the juices were cut with water! I do not recommend this place at all. The price is far too high in this part of the world to be watering down the breakfast juices!

A very reasonably priced hotel in the heart of district 1. Only 2 minute walk to the caravelle etc. We will definitely stay here again when in HCM.
