Nice rooms, good service level and good breakfast (ask for pho bo, and omelette (are free)); laundry is a bit expensive, they also sell tours, but the quality is (according to others) a bit on the down side (quality-money);but overall a very reliable hotel,great staff, beautiful room, fast Internet, close to the city center. Stayed three nights and we enjoyed our stay.

We highly receommend Blue Paradise hotel and agree with all the excellent reviews on this site. The receptionist was the best we had ever experienced, upgraded us, breakfast deal. We had expected high quality and that's what we got. It made our memorable trip live up to our expectations and we will stay there again when we go to Blue Paradise Hotel. The room was breathtaking and had a wonderful view over the River. Breakfast was great with many choices. The Internet was also for free and we could use computer at lobby as well.

We put this hotel 10/ 10 mark for its great in everything. Room was much more beautiful than ever. We stayed in some hotel before in Vietnam and Blue Paradise Hotel was the best among. Staff were great and very friendly. Breakfast, Internet, room service... were excellent. Lovely and super!

Great BRAND_ NEW hotel in Hanoi capital. Location was great because the hotel is located close to the bank of Hoan Kiem Lake. Room was brand- new, clean, beautiful with flowers wall, wooden wall ... balcony with city views. Staff was great also- so firendly and so helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel has just been upgrading and now look brand-new and very deluxe. Restaurant looked great and served a lot of food there for free. We stayed room 601 with very night city-view. Room was so large ( Around 40 SQM)with private bath-room. Thanks Hien, Nam, Jen Pham and Dzu a lot for your help and we will never forget the Blue paradise Hotel.
