Taxi ride to Asia Airport Hotel is 1 hour (only if you take Toll Expressway = 2 toll booths) on a good day - NOT 5 MINUTES as hotel information and brochures state). Taxi ride is 3 hours + (if you take Toll Expressway, if you arrive or depart during rush hour traffic.) Expect longer travel time if you do not elect toll Expressway (you pay tolls). Asia Airport Hotel is over 60 kilometers to International Airport (NOT 2 Kilometers as Asia Airport Hotel says). Employees say; they are "5 minutes from the Domestic Airport "(not used), but DOMESTIC Airport is NOT SPELLED "INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT." Taxi fare (+ 2 tolls) is 550 baht on good day (1 hour ride one way). Over 1,100 baht for round trip (on low traffic day). Breakfast is 350 baht, not free, WiFi not free. Again hotel charges WiFi fee of 450 baht for 1 day (1 day = time you log on to same time next day). Compare this to Hotels in Thailand charge 250 baht for 7 days. This Hotel is Too far from airport for connecting flight stay. Too far from airport to not give guests free WiFi and free breakfast or much lower price. Employees courteous and helpful but DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT to correct hotel information on pamphlets in hotel and its internet information when I circled information on their hotel brochures. Tiles in shower have black mold/fungus between white tiles. I will not stay at this hotel again - mainly due to FALSE REPRESENTATION OF LOCATION AND DISTANCE TO AIRPORT. THEY SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY!!!

Used the hotel several times and am always pleased. Excellent location to old airport but I fear I won't use again when new airport opens.

Booked hotel for location mainly as needed a room near the airport, however on arriving in Bangkok we discovered once in the taxi that this hotel was indeed a 1 hour journey from airport. Staff however friendly on arrival and room clean, however in need of refurbishment.

Excellent facility with great rooms. Rather difficult to get to - I would prefer to walk directly rather than take the bus, but the path from the terminal to the hotel was difficult to follow. Rather expensive - I know you have a captive audience, but it is rather high cost.
