We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last few years...this year it was noticeably different, cracked sink in bathroom, wasnt as clean or kept up.

Attended a wedding. After arriving was advised by hotel reception that I had been charged 2 rooms by [...]instead of just one that I had requested and had confirmation of. After a few phone calls [...]called the hotel and corrected the problem. [...]. Stay was pleasant and will be returning in October for several nights.

Location is great, right off I-40. The place is very clean and very quite. The staff is helpful. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The a/c was great it was the hottest day in Amarillo history when we were there, 112 degrees
