Great service from ascott. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment - large spacious rooms. Very close to Suria and twin towers. Staff were friendly and helpful. If we return to Kuala lumpur for another holiday we will certainly stay again.

Well they could not find my reservation and charged me first again, as reservation was on weekend leave. Monday they cleared it and could find my reservation again and thanks to Hotelclub the problem was resolved. Beside this experience everything was fine and we will go again....

My second stay within 10 days and I will return in 10 days for another weekend. A great serviced apartment residence at a very good location and you get value for money. Happy to see you soon again!
