Good location within walking distance to all facilities in Broadbeach

The place is tired and badly needs refurbishing. Curtains and walls had stains which were ingrained, the stove was years old, the TV was an old style one and the bed was rock hard. They only provided one set of keys and charge $30.00 for a call out if you lock yourself out. When queried why only one key they told me people walk of with them and they are too expensive to replace. When I complained about the charge out fee - the managers are on site - they said its in the information folder. Who reads them apart from check out times. Whilst they provide a couple of toilet rolls and shampoo ect they chareg extra for replacement ones. The people in the office were good but overall pretty unsatisfactory. I have never been anywhere before where only one set of keys provided snd where they charge you for opening the door!
