This is our 2nd stay at Artique and we loved it just as much. We stayed for 5 nights with friends in a 2 bedroom ocean view on the 28th story and it was fabulous. The view was great especially for watching the new years eve fireworks. The apartment is sooooo roomy and had everything we needed, we loved having a big kitchen with full sized fridge. It's only a 1 min walk to the beach and 5 mins into the middle of surfers but it was nice a quiet (and we were there for new years ) Will definitely stay here again!

But charging $30 to open the unit door when the keys were lefrt inside the unit is rediculous.It was not very late (before 8 p.m.) and requestng the money to be paid upfront for opening the door by the staff spare key - will not add any good impresion about this accomodation.

Overall is good. The only bed points are no cleaning services during my stay period. Only one toilet for two bedroom apartment is not enough for 4 peoples

nice, clean apartment, quality of TV, bed is not so good. lifts at peak time can take 15 min, only 2 lifts in a high rise building. parking spots are limited at end of the day. no early check in, we arrived at 9am from international flight to find out that the apartment won't be ready until 2pm . with 2 children, long distance flight , this is very uncomfortable!

Overall, the location and facilities of the resort were very good. Close to surfer paradise attraction. This is our 2nd time staying at this resort. The cleanliness of our room this time is worse than the previous stay. There was no change of towels and dairy adding bathroom body wash after 1st night stay as we stayed for 4 nights. We stayed other accommodations at Gold Coast before. It is part of their services. The carpet looks a bit old and there is a mark on the carpet and the crack on the wall as well as plumbing problem with the bathroom sink. We decided to put up with the problems and leave it behind. We continue staying with this problem at present due to our busy time. By the time we left the resort dairy, their office was still closed. By the time we arrived back to the resort, their office was already closed.
