Arosa Motel Coffs Harbour Guest Reviews
Very tiny rooms, very noisy from the highway traffic. They did not clean the coffee cups when cleaning the room. No flannel provided. The refrigerator needed a clean out. The pool was dirty and there was limited access to the pool because of cars parked in the way.

- The rooms were of a good size however were very dirty (the bed side table had an unknown substance that had run down the side of the unit and the spare blanket was unusable due to how dusty it was) - The morning of check out reception was to open at 7 am however no one was there. We visited 5 times after 8am, rung the bell and even went around the back of the building (owners yard) to hear people in the back yard who promptly went quiet and went inside when I said hello. I would not recommend this hotel.

For a cheap motel The Arosa did pretty well. It delivered all that was advertised and was clean and comfortable. No worries!

Arosa was a typical older style motel, that served my purpose very well. All i needed was a comfortable bed and nice shower. It delivered this. It is probably not far from needing a spruce up.
