Used this stop as an overnighter before a early flight out. Only spent about 8 hours there but better to have a bed then try and sleep in the terminal. Was able to get a nice feed and have a shower. Concern on food safety in the restaurant when the Assistant Manager is standing at the bar chewing his nails and then serving food and drinks without washing. Perhaps some training needed.

The hotel is very convenient for an overnight Heathrow transit. Everything was good except the internet. The "free" internet service is only 30 minutes and in the hotel lobby.

Wonderful modern clean hotel in a great location for a Heathrow airport layover. Located on the main road between central terminals 1,2,3 and terminal 5. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We took the #423 bus from terminal 5 to the hotel and the next day took the U3 bus to terminal 1. Both buses are free and frequent. Room was very nice and quiet and the bed comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant; the food and service were quite satisfactory. Not much else in the area but down the road was an Indian restaurant and further along was a Chinese restaurant. You get 30 minutes of complimentary wi-fi which was all we needed to do online check in for our following day's flight and check e-mails.

I stayed there for one night because of an early flight at Heathrow. It is located very close to Heathrow, about 10 mins away from Central Bus Station and T5. There are free buses connecting the hotel and these terminals making it very convenient. The buses are quite frequent, three time an hour. Didn't really explore the hotel and its surrounding, but the room is clean and of reasonable size, staff are friendly and check-in and -out are smooth and fast. Free wifi in lobby area. Will recommend to those who look for short stay because of its excellent location and connection to Heathrow.
