Hi as for Arimana we are Indians from Singapore and the service from the morning staff we were served breakfast they were rude and the attitude was bad towards American's and Europeans they were very friendly exp: Smiles/ Greetings and etc.... It's not that we had a language problem or so. exceptional for one staff her name was Nim she is an assert to the Hotel we will go back for her sake very helpful smilling at all times and made us feel very very comfortable.
