Ideally located right in the centre of the city and facing Mozart Park, the hotel is only a few steps away from the famous Promenade Des Anglais. The hotel is next door to the shops and is also close to the pedestrian precincts, Massena square as well as the Old City.

For three stqrs this was very basic. The staff seems to be very nice, but when we complained that the a.c. had stopped, nothing was done so we sweltered. There was peeling paint, and apparent mould in th corner of the bathtub.. There were no chairs. (I had to swipe one from th4 dining room.) Breakfast was good. Bed good. No closets anywhere. Dresser drawers too small even to lay out a t shirt.

Room clean and comfortable if small. Breakfast served in tiny cramped room. May have been temporary accommodation but no explanation was offered. Wifi internet access advertised as available from all rooms but no warning given that you need to be an Orange mobile phone customer to obtain it, and that you must pay for it. Hotel didn''t appear to have it''s own access to Internet. Fair enough, but that should be made clear on room description. Staff were pleasant but couldn''t offer an alternative means of Internet access.

The hotel is perfect if you only want a comfortable place to lay your head. No bar facility although the rooms have mini bars. Rooms do not have tea/coffee facility Breakfast only sevice is fine.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff. A little bit out of the way-15 min walk from Promenade des Anglais. Would recommend it as excellent value for money.
