Our suite was very nice. Separate bedroom with TV. Main room included fully equipped kitchenette. However we were allocated a room on the western side of the building, and the summer sun streamed in during the afternoon, making it uncomfortably hot even with the airconditioning on maximum.

A new hotel offering a first class service in high class accommodation . Only stayed one night unfortunately , wish it could have been longer. Will return.

While this relatively new hotel is neat, functional and well located, the staff need a lot of training. During the reception process not once did the girl behind the desk look at me. She talked to the computer the whole time inlcuding when she handed me my room key! We had a false fire alarm at 2.00 am one morning. These things happen but the lack of information from staff and poor control of the situation by the night manager created confusion amongst the guests. You can't have this during a fire emergency! The room I stayed in was nice but cramped. Car parking is good.

Checked into the ARIA for a 3 nights stay and was offered a free upgrade before I even got my credit card out of my wallet. One TINY issue with the shower, maintenance man was there within 2 minutes of my phone call to reception. All staff lovely people and up for a chat, great value hotel on the North side of Canberra (only set back one street from the main drag, but with that awesome double glazing, could not hear a thing!). Thanks guys, will be back!!

Friendly efficient staff. Tasteful decor, modern. Comfortable bed. Nice to have small balcony with table and chairs. Very good bathroom. Good value cafe. Can order good value meals from property next door, which we did .they were delivered on time. Parking is easy within the hotel.

First time stayed there, a little pricy for the room however its a good option around the hotel scene in Canberra.

Everything was fabulous, lovely modern rooms and even free parking. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. My only disappointment was that I was told there would be $23 charges for the movie I rented that night, however we did not even watch a movie. Abit awkward having to argue about a cost that we didn't even use.

The staff were excellent and the bed was really comfortable. My only complaint was that although it is a non smoking Hotel I was getting the smell of ciggarette smoke through the vent in the bathroom. Great location if you have a car.

Rented: a two bedroom apartment - which is a one bedroom apt with a regular room interlinked to it, great for families and friends. The apt was lovely, clean, spacious, well kitted, light and very comfortable. The extra room was located on the corner of the floor layout and this made it slightly dark compared to the apt side. UPPERS: Staff friendly & helpful, nothing was run down or worn out due to it being a new hotel, kitchens are well kitted, parking was convenient and lifts were super speedy, hallways were wide, well lit and pleasant. DOWNERS: Internet was slow and required constant re-booting to stay connected (particularly frustrating for biz users). Hot water was random, took ages to run hot in the showers and disappeared mid shower (wasteful) The in room tv and entertainment systems experienced interference (made watching a movie a challenge). Perhaps these are all teething problems with the new launch?? Otherwise really comfortable stay in a modern, well positioned hotel.

Generally clean and bright new hotel with good service, not too far from CBD. Bedroom in one bed apartment was very small and tiles in bathroom very slippery.

New, vibrant and very well laid out rooms - far more welcoming and better decor that others I've stayed at in Canberra with allegedly better reputations. Good spacious dining/lounge area, separate kitchen and its own bedroom with ensuite - will definitely be staying here again
