The ceiling in the first room we booked had cracked and parts of it actually fell onto the bedside table, clearly showing that the people did not check the rooms before we checked in. The toilet also gave out a foul smell after each flush even though the bathroom looked clean. There were alot of insects constantly flying into the room as we had to open the balcony door for ventilation since the air-conditioners were not switched on. The bus-stop is a short walk from the hotel, but the only bus comes every hour or so. The main shopping district is a very far walk, about half an hour or more.

View from balcony lovely, great location. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was quite good - a very pleasant surprise. Pool also a very nice addition - we especially liked that it overlooked the bay. Not a party hotel, but well located nonetheless. We thought it was a good value: nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a wonderful location. Pleasant 20 minute walk through new marina to centre of old town of Ibiza, alternatively you could take the short ferry boat ride. Car hire facilities next door.
