There are flights from Buenos Aires, Uruguay, Peru and Brazil, though many people fly to Buenos Aires and then rent a car or take the bus for the four-hour ride to Rosario. There are trains from Buenos Aires, but they are in poor condition and can take over six hours.
There is plenty of public transportation in the city, including buses, trolley buses and taxis.
