Arenal Hotel Santa Cruz Guest Reviews
Although people were really nice and helpful, the facilities are really dusty: I haven't slept for a long time (and I travel a lot) in a more deterioarated bed (sprigns kaputt, sleep turned), the shower watertaps were falling out, the shower-pipe was tide with schotchtape, etc.
