Location
Aree Tara Resort, which is located on the beautiful Aonang beach is only a 10-minute walk to Aonang center as well as shopping area and about 30 minutes to Krabi town. The airport is a 40-minute drive from the hotel.

Room is spacious and breakfast is decent. One thing is that there is no free wifi in the room or the lobby, has to be paid for. The pool was small but didnt make use of it as the beach (Ao Nang Beach) is a 10min walk away. A little off the beaten track as it is one of the last hotels in the lane full of 4 star hotels. Back of hotel faces the forest while hotel is located next to another upmarket hotel and is small in comparison to the rest of the neighbouring hotels.

Very good value and clean! The staffs are so friendly and helpful. A bit far from the busy spot and Aonang beach but I enjoy to walk.

We liked the minimalist concept of the resort. It was small, quiet and quaint, although located further away from the Aonang shopping stretch. There were tiny ants however in our rooms (on the dressing table and toilet sink area). Other than that, we thought it was an idyllic tuck away from the hustle and bustle of Aonang. We'll probably try another resort in the future if we revisit Krabi but wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to those looking for an affordable stay.

The resort is clean. Facilities wise, downpoint is they don't provide free transport to the shopping area and there's no hair dryer. The service provided by the staffs are exceptional! Location is a bit far from the beach and the shopping streets. Pricing is fair enough.
