Stayed here for 9 nights this April, pool filthy plastic floating, ciggie butts etc. Room not cleaned once in 8 days !!! I left a bag with my passport at reception, when tried to collect they said they had no bag, and the guy I gave it to had disappeared to mainland Spain apparently, used phone in manager office to phone consulate and my son spotted my bag there - minus pasport ! Needed emergency passport to get home (119 euros) Bar staff Argentinian and agressive and racist to Brits. My 2 children dreaded going back there each evening, I really cannot see how they are still allowed to operate ? All said and done if you like staying in a rubbish dump and having your posessions stolen and being abused racially, this is the place for you !

Terrible place ! Pool and rooms filthy, stayed 9 days, room not cleaned once. Passport left at recetion in bag, went to collect - no passport, guy I gave it to disappeared, family bereavement in mainland spain ! Yeah right. Bar staff Argentinian and rude, racist to Brits and agressive. My children dreaded going back to apartment. I do not understand why they are allowed to still operate ?

Pool disgusting, plastic and butts floating, Passport stolen, rude, racist, aggressive bar staff (Argentinian) I do not know how on earth they are still operating / Stayed 9 days room not cleaned once ! Water in bath/shower is yellow. Myself and 2 children felt unsafe too.

For the price i could not fault. Excellent apartments, very clean and friendly service. On the quite side of San Antonio but 5min boat ride across the bay to all the action.

very frendly and helpful staff,everyone trys to help you in any way that they can. very clean and very good apartment rooms,yes I would go to stay there again very enjoyable.
