Arcobaleno Hotel Siena Guest Reviews
It was rather a long walk to the centre of Siena (25 minutes). This was not the idea I had reading the information on the site.

The service was excellent and very kind. We stayed in the annex building just 10 meter from the main entrance. Clean and nice breakfast area, the breakfast was very continental. Good enough, but not to mention. We did not try the restaurant in the basement. By walking, the hotel is situated about 18-20 minutes from the city walls of Siena. We will stay there next time when we visit Siena. By the way, we saved about 10% when booking with [Your website] compared to the next cheapest hotel agent.

The Hotel was clean and had excellent air conditioning. The staff were friendly & helpful. THe only drawback is that it is a healthy walk into town.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, but the hotel was not what I would class as a "boutique" hotel. Our room was very basic & bare(MFI style furniture/no mirror etc,although it did appear that other rooms had been renovated. I would consider staying again if the rooms were brighter & lighter.
