Arbat Hotel Moscow Guest Reviews
My first impression is that hotels are very expensive in Moscow. They don't offer the standard expected for the price paid. I cannot understand why I paid at the hotel Arbat 700 Rubles = US$ 28 for using internet for 40 minutes only. I believe this is day light robbery. Never Moscow again, so many other interesting places to visit.

Very well located for central Moscow sightseeing. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good service from reception. A cosy and homely hotel.
