Arayaburi Resort Krabi Guest Reviews
The hotel itself is great. The room is large and the bed was comfortable. It's close to the nightlife (5 minutes walking) but far enough away that the beach music doesn't keep you up. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. The pool is large with plenty of chairs and a nice bar. However, there is minimal hot water. And to say that the staff is Unhelpful and rude is an understatement! We had minimal requests but every interaction, we felt like we were inconveniencing them, with eye rolling included. We got no assistance booking excursions outside the one booked through the hotel. When we arrived, it was pouring the rain and we got soaked on the long tail boat ride to the hotel, we were told to sit down, with no offer for towels, etc. We were soaked and freezing and checkin took over 30 minutes, another large group showed up after us and they were given priority. I'm sure there are other places on the island with just as good of a value where you are treated with mor respect.
