This should really be a 2 star hotel. Room was nice, though, although too hard beds.

Hotel was in good location for getting to different parts of Tuscany and staff were helpful. The indoor pool was great after a busy day sightseeing and the view from outdoor pool was amazing. Only negative was the breakfast..we ate it the first day and never went back.
