my wife and I had enjoyed our stay here at the Aqua, I got one of the newly renovated room, with new flooring, and a nice flat screen tv. Room was clean and you get fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was really good and included.(resort fee) I had no complains whatsoever.

Hotel is nothing like the advertisement.My husband and I was only there for the weekend, thank goodness I would not have been able to stand it any longer. We tried to stay away from the room most of the time. The room had no air conditioning, no hot water, no towels left in the room,continental breakfast would have been okay but they burned the croissants. The hot tub was infested with ants. Seriously needs renovating! However it was close to the beach, ocean drive and shopping.

We paid for a dbl bed jr suite and the room they gave us looked like a half a star motel room. We asked for another room and was given another suite but with a king sized bed. We stayed there a total of 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned our entire stay and we were never given fresh linens. We had to constantly ask for fresh towels just to be told there weren't any. After the first night, I realized we had no hot water and told the front desk but they never fixed the problem. I got sick from taking cold showers everyday. Even in Miami, cold showers like that are unacceptable. To top everything off, after coming back to the hotel one night, the front desk had misplaced our key and didn't have any spares. I had to climb a fence and wall to break into the hotel room through a window.

This is right in South Beach- the art deco district, the walls are paper thin in the hotel. First we got put in a 1st floor room, next to crying baby that continued into the middle of the night. We went to the front desk, the overnight attendant looked bothered when we asked to be moved to another room or given a refund. He gave us an option of two rooms- the second room we moved to one the second floor had no AC, we went back downstairs, and we had then run out of options. we suffered thru it for the night. This unfortunately will make me not trust a hotel booking site again. This hotel was sub-par, bare bones and a party hotel that only 21 or younger would appreciate.
