Hotel is brand new and nicely appointed, though they are very nice, the staff hasn''t quite gotten their act together.

A very nice new hotel. We may have been the first ones in our room. The restaraunt was almost abandoned and would have been better with more people and more local fare. Service was great.

The Menu-list is very short (2 meat-choices!!). A good restaurant has also the red wine on the right temperature. Every evening we had to cool down the bottle first. There were at least 3 wines on the winelist NOT available! The price for internet service (e-mail) is way too high!! Fix the the armsupport going into the swimmingpool (it''s loose). Not everyone is ''smiling'' behind the reception. The water in the bathroom is not always hot. A dollar for a postcard is no invitation to buy one! But next time it would be the Apsara Angkor Hotel again for me!

Hotel room is quite comfortable and clean and the staff is very gentile; but I would work on their english skill, specially for those working in the restaurant (funnily I got delivered a pizza when I had ordered a sandwich). Hotel restaurant menu is quite limited though. Just to add that the location is very convenient, easy to move around.
