Location
Based in a quiet and central location of the capital town Parikia, the hotel is about 500 metres from the port and is few metres away from the Livadia Beach. Also close by are plenty of traditional restaurants and cafeterias with lovely view of the sea.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful in finding an excellent restaurant for a special dinner and went out of their way to accomodate us.

Most of the hotel staff cannot speak or understand English so it sometimes makes it difficult is looking for any help or assistance. They did call somebody on the phone who could interpret but still more challenging when wanting simple information.

Dated decor and had difficulty finding staff to serve us our included breakfast, but good value, clean and good location.
