Staff very friendly and helpful

this hotel is in a rundown condition. our room was never serviced, the grounds were untidy, the fish pond so dirty it difficult to see the exotic fish. the pool area was in poor condition and the spa looked as if it not been used in years. a poor showing considering the cost.

We did not realise that the 6th of October was the beginning of daylight saving. We did however receive a call from reception reminding us that our check-out time was 10 a.m. We would have checked out about 15 minutes late but the receptionist was courteous and never mentioned it. Only when we returned home we realised that it was daylight saving. We called the hotel and thanked them. Me and my wife will definitely go back on our next holiday.
