If you want a great place to stay in Hobart that is cheap, accessible and clean you cannot go past this place. We used this as a base to travel all over the south east of Tassie without any issues

Older accommodation showing its age by design and layout. The upstairs room was accessed by very steep and narrow steps and would pose a real problem for some people. Being self contained, it was value for money. Not situated close to waterfront or other attractions in Hobart.

Had very nice stay at the Leisure Inn Woolmers Inn. Very clean and had all you needed for our stay. Very close to Woolworths and eatery. Loved that you can cook meals. Walked to the market on Saturday very close. Will be staying again when we come back Hobart.

Within easy walk of central Hobart, this motel was ideal. The Metro bus stops almost at the door if the weather is too wet to walk. There were plenty of restaurants within the vicinity. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again. We splurged on a meal in the revolving restaurant at Wrest Point and recommend a visit to the Mona Gallery.

We did not like the Leisure Inn Woolmers Inn at all. The bedrooms were upstairs while the only bathroom was downstairs. The couch was old and lumpy, the little electric radiator miserable. Parking the car was very difficult as all the car spaces seemed to be taken up. The furnishings were old and mean

Facilities are quite basic, but the location is excellent, the service friendly and the price quite competitive. Would stay there again.

We were glad that we didn't pay full price for this rather stodgy, not particularly clean motor inn. It is conveniently located to Sandy Bay shops and restaurants, but right on Sandy Bay Rd, which is quite busy.

Reception was very friendly. A few maintenance issues in the room which I am advised will be attended to soon with a refurbishment. Good location near shops and restaurants.

This Inn is excellent. Well appointed and had excellent lighting and heating. It's location was perfect, close to the Salamanca Market, the city and the highways north and south. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a self-contained unit. It has a kitchenette with two hotplates and a fridge. I would stay there again. I stayed because my renovations had not been completed. I also booked rooms for my two guests who also thought the studio units were excellent. They found them very comfortable as I did. The location is also quiet though near excellent shopping etc in Sandy Bay.

The location was fabulous and we walked everywhere, close to shops and restuarants, but the facilities needed a bit of TLC. We would stay there again just for the convenience and maybe upgrade the apartment to an executive, if such a thing was available.

facilities were ok, but some attention was needed to the furniture eg. The sofa was old and worn. It was very close to all tourist facilities. the price was more than another place where we stayed which was much better.

Very tired, needs a good renovation, so many broken things or things that did not work properly. The heater on the wall, one of the hot plates, the door handle, the front door light. Paint peeling off the walls. Very basic accomodation.

Good location just a walk or short drive from Hobart's CBD and waterfront. We arrived at 10 pm to find the keys to our unit were sitting outside the unit for us to pick up and let ourselves in with. Our only significant complaint was the breakfast that was included in our room rate. This consisted of a few pieces of bread, jam, and little boxes of cereal left in the fridge of the unit for us to make up ourselves during our stay. It certainly was not worth paying extra for.
