Apart-Suites VIP St Jacques Dowtown Old Montreal Guest Reviews
Fabulous! Very clean, well equipped and very well located. Staff was very friendly and competent. There were some tiny bugs in the tub that came in from cracks between the tiles but nothing really serious. Parking is not provided and you have to make your own arrangements. Staff can help you there. Overall pricing is very competitive. This is my top choice for Montreal from now on.

The hotel is situated along a busy cross street which seemed to be quite noisy with frequent buses stopping at the bus stop below the side of the hotel. The price and trendiness of the hotel made the noise worth coping with.

This is not a hotel. This is corporate housing that can be rented by the day. The rooms do not have keys, but have a simple keypad code for entry (those who are security conscious may wish to look elsewhere) and there is no maid service. That said: Having booked a studio, I was given a very nice 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room/dining room, and a large bath. If you don't crave the amenities of a hotel, then VIP should be considered especially for long-term stays. Be forewarned: The "front desk" is not always staffed. If you are not going to make your scheduled arrival time, it is best to call to be sure someone will be there to let you in.

The apart-suites are with modern style, very clean and as soon you walk in you will get the home spa feeling, it is a great place to stay. It could use wireless connection which was not available.
