We booked 3 Suites,the 3rd night is free(but no breakfast etc.) even if you book incl. the breakfast! They charge us for a lauderybag, even we didn`t not take it, he was not willing to check our luggage, peanuts also,later the manager told us, sold out since 3 days .. slipper are secondhand, breakfast poor.. no excuses.... never 4 ever..3 Suiten mit Frühstück gebucht, Gratisnacht gilt nicht für Frühstück etc, beim Auschecken verlangten sie 85.-- Bhat, eine Gepäcksdurchsuchung wollten sie nicht machen, auch um Erdnüsse wurde diskutiert, danach stellte sich heraus, dass diese schon seit Tagen ausverkauft sind... gebrauchte Schlapper, Buffet ist armselig, ohne Voucher muss mann wieder zurück marschieren... sonst gibts nichts.. seltsam seltsam.... NIE NIE MEHR!!!!! KEINE ENTSCHULDIGUNG... EIN PAAR AUS CHINA HATTE ÄHNLICHE PROBLEME BEIM AUSCHECKEN.... DETAILS SIND UNS ABER NICHT BEKANNT...

The toilet is nice, however the room layout could be better as the room are not cosy enough. The variety of the buffet breakfast is limited. The staff are friendly but they can't communicate well in english. Free wifi at room as well as free computer access at hotel reception area. Overall is still ok, but the shuttle service should be more frequent though as the trips are very short.
