I was not informed that the apartment was located at the 4th floor without lift! With elderly people, this place looks impossible to live in. Good location but heater was not working. Hot water did not work early in the morning but came abit later in the morning. Car park cost 20euro, average price for parking in Florence city. Could improve on kitchen equipments and replace them with new utensils. No kettle to boil water, rather disappointing. Very noisy in the wee mornings as the bakery below was preparing pastries and the smell at 4am really wakes me up! This place is only suitable for younger people.
