Location
Le Terrazze is built over different levels all interconnected by a panoramic elevator which also serves the beach. For even higher views guest can visit the hilltop village of Castelmola, or further away the magnificent Mount Etna.

The one hundred and thirty six rooms at Le Terrazze are furnished in a modern style sleeping up to three people. All rooms feature satellite TV, mini bar, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and air conditioning.

Booking excellent especially Rita [M...], Reception excellent especially Daniella. Restaurant excellent especially Nuncio [C...] both in the Pool Restaurant as well as in the main Restaurant. Disappointed with reception on Sunday pm, who didn't know where I could get emergency medicine - In Letojanni there is a pharmacy with an emergency number which I found out for myself - Management very courteous and efficient especially the gentleman who was always there, unfortunately did not get his name. Rooms very well kept with very efficient housekeepers. We book Belleair from England. Will be very happy to recommend this hotel to anybody as well as to return ourselves for another stay

Would have preferred choice of restaurants e.g somewhere for snacks 12-5pm, a buffet 8-10pm, a la carte 7-11pm. With possibly one or two exceptions, staff could have been friendlier - nobody seemed to be happy. Difficult to find - more detailed directions required. Shared balconies not everybody's preferred choice. Otherwise good range of food & hotel rooms clean & spacious.
